Cancellation Policy

⦿ All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once a deposit is submitted, it cannot be returned or credited toward another course. ⦿ Participants must complete the required online portion in full before attending the in-person class. Failure to complete the online coursework will result in denial of entry to the skills session and may require rescheduling with applicable fees. ⦿ Participants are required to attend both in-person training days. Missing any portion of the scheduled in-person training may result in incomplete certification and the need to repeat the missed day(s) at an additional cost.
