Program Overview: The Care Professional Starter Bundle prepares individuals for a home care career while adding a second income stream as a CPR instructor. It includes the 75-hour hybrid Home Health Aide (HHA) program and CPR instructor certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Graduates earn multiple certifications and are prepared for both employment and independent work. ❗3 days prior to the class, we will send the remaining payment for the program.❗ ✔️ 75-Hour Hybrid Home Health Aide Program – $899 ➤ 50 Hours Online (CareAcademy): Self-paced modules covering safety, infection control, client rights, communication, personal care, documentation, chronic conditions, dementia, end-of-life care, and professionalism. Login is issued within 24 hours of payment. All online coursework must be completed before in-person training. ➤ 15 Hours In-Person: • Monday (7 hours – Owner-Led): Orientation, professionalism, boundaries, dementia and end-of-life training, home safety, role-play scenarios, and documentation. • Tuesday (8 hours – Nurse-Led, Chantel): BLS CPR Course (4–4.5 hrs) with hands-on skills and a 2-year certification. • Clinical Skills (3.5–4 hrs): Transfers, mobility, personal care, feeding, vitals, bed-making, fall prevention, and emergency practice. Certificates Awarded: HHA Certificate, Dementia Care, End-of-Life Care, and BLS CPR. No partial certificates are issued. Employment: Graduates may be considered for work with ✨ Soulful Support Home Care based on performance and agency needs. Employment is not guaranteed. ✔️ CPR Instructor Certification – $275 (Bundle Rate) Regular $350; save $75. This is a separate 9-hour class held on scheduled dates (e.g., quarterly). A minimum of 3 participants is required. Students will learn how to teach CPR, manage classes, provide certification cards, and run skills testing. Instructor Opportunities: Certified instructors may teach independently or be considered for contract work with the company, depending on professionalism, demand, and performance.
