OUR MISSION
At Soulful Support Home Care, our mission is to provide compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care that allows individuals to maintain dignity, comfort, and independence in the place they call home.
Soulful Support Home Care was founded by Josheehan, who brings over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting families through caregiving, childcare, and health-related services. During that time, she has worked across multiple care settings, including home care, nursing homes, assisted living, and long-term care environments, giving her a well-rounded and deeply experienced understanding of quality care at every level.
Her passion for care is deeply personal. Through her experience supporting her own family, including working closely with her aunt and helping care for her to improve her overall quality of life, Josheehan understands firsthand the level of trust, compassion, and consistency families need when welcoming care into their homes.
As the owner of a licensed home daycare and a CPR training company, she has built her work around caring for others, educating families, and promoting safety within the community. This well-rounded experience allows her to approach home care with both professionalism and heart.
At Soulful Support Home Care, we take a thoughtful and structured approach to care. We have a nurse on staff, and all client assessments and care plans are completed by a nurse. Our caregivers are also trained with guidance from nursing professionals to ensure each client receives safe, personalized, and high-quality support.
We believe that care should feel like an extension of family, built on trust, consistency, and genuine compassion.

Home Transition Preparation
Helping families prepare the home for a new stage of care, such as postpartum recovery, post-surgery recovery, or preparing for a new home care client. This may include organizing living spaces, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and setting up the home for comfort and safety.
Deep Home Reset
A deeper home preparation service that helps get the home ready before care begins. This may include deeper cleaning, organizing key areas of the home, and creating a comfortable and safe environment for recovery or ongoing care.
