Cancellation Policy

⦿ Program fees are based on access to the GED Academy program, curriculum, instructional support, and resources. ⦿ There are no refunds, credits, or fee adjustments based on attendance or non-attendance at individual group support sessions, tutoring sessions, or scheduled classes. ⦿ Unused tutoring hours or group support sessions do not roll over to future months, may not be banked, transferred, or substituted, and expire at the end of each billing cycle. ⦿ Enrollment grants access to scheduled support opportunities; participation is the responsibility of the participant. Missed sessions for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or technical issues, are not eligible for make-ups or credits. ⦿ This policy applies to all GED Academy programs, tutoring tiers, and bundled services.
