POSTPARTUM AND DOULA DAY SUPPORT
Service Description
Postpartum and Doula Day Support with Sheehna is designed to help new mothers rest, recover, and feel supported while their baby receives experienced, attentive care in the comfort of home. This service is provided personally by Sheehna, who has a bachelor’s degree in early education leadership, is a licensed home daycare provider, is a certified CPR instructor, and is the owner of a nonmedical home care agency. Families choose this service because it combines professional infant care, calm emotional support, and practical help during the postpartum period. The focus is on safety, consistency, and easing the transition into motherhood so parents can heal with peace of mind. ⏱️HOURS AND VISITS⏱️ • Postpartum support is available from 6am to 6pm. • The minimum visit is four hours. • Scheduling is confirmed in advance based on availability. ❗WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING VISITS❗ Care is tailored to your needs but typically includes the following. For baby 👶 • Bottle preparation, washing, and sanitizing • Diaper changes and soothing • Tummy time, gentle play, reading, and stroller walks • Maintaining a simple baby log for feeds, naps, and diapers • Light organization of the baby area For mom 👩 • Time to rest, sleep, or shower while baby is cared for • Gentle assistance with moving safely if needed • Light meal preparation • Light tidying of recovery areas • Transportation support for scheduled appointments when requested All support is nonmedical and focused on comfort, safety, and practical day-to-day help. PRICING: 🏷️ Tier One ($50/hr, 4-hour minimum) focuses on hands-on newborn care, routine support, and allowing Mom to rest and recover. 🏷️ Tier Two ($60/hr, 4-hour minimum) includes all baby care plus recovery support for mothers healing from C-section, BBL, tummy tuck, or other surgery, including light meal prep, tidying recovery areas, mobility assistance, and transportation to appointments. PREPAID PACKAGE OPTIONS: 🏷️ Three-Day Reset ($660) 🏷️ Seven Day Recovery Reset ($1,500) 🏷️ Deluxe Recovery Month ($2,600) 🏷️ Overnight care (9pm–5am) is $550 per night ($650 for twins), with a two-night minimum. ✨ Infant CPR training for Mom and up to four guests is included with all packages.
Cancellation Policy
POLICY: • All postpartum, doula, and postoperative recovery services are nonrefundable once booked and paid. • To secure your dates, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your payment reserves your time on the schedule and confirms your service agreement. • Because these services are personalized and dates are reserved exclusively for you, all payments are final. There are no refunds, credits, or rollovers for missed visits, schedule changes initiated by the client, or cancellations for any reason. • If you need to adjust your schedule, requests must be made in writing at least 72 hours in advance. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes based on availability, schedule modifications are not guaranteed and do not entitle you to a refund. • In the event that services must be rescheduled by the provider due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered alternative dates or a replacement caregiver when applicable. • By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to this nonrefundable policy.
